I got this one from a fellow mom here in B-ham and it is delish - I couldn't help but share it with you.
Ingredients Needed:
1 bag angel hair shredded slaw
2 pkgs. ramen noodles, oriental flavor, uncooked and crushed
1/2 cup sunflower seeds or slivered almonds (I made mine with almonds)
1/2 rotisserie chicken breast (the kind you can buy daily at your local deli)
2 1/2 T. sugar
6 T. vinegar
pepper to taste
1/4 cup e.v.o. oil
1/4. tsp salt (if using almonds)
2 pkgs of spice from oriental noodles
Combine slaw, crushed noodles, almonds and chicken and toss in big bowl.
Mix sugar, vinegar, pepper, oil, salt and spice packages to create dressing. Pour over salad and mix well.

Serve!
